Where Does Larry Rountree Rank All-Time Among Mizzou RBs?

He's going to end his career as the all-time rushing leader among RB and has a chance to be the all-time TD leader among non-QBs. And he definitely set the tenor of the 2020 squad with his punishing running style
It's been a pleasure to watch. Any thoughts on his place in school history?

I mean...very, very high. Not only statistically but he’s also such a great kid. He’s a all time great. No doubt

He’s in the top 5.
Wilder
Josey
Olivo
West
Rountree
No particular order. Abron fits in there on the field, but beating up chicks will always hurt your overall reputation.

Amazingly, West and Olivo played together.
And Rountree racked up really good numbers despite sharing a couple years with Crockett.

Remind me which era had the best defensive lines the rb had to go up against.

Speaking of beating up chicks, where do we think Washington would have ended up had he not beat up chicks?

Wilder #1 then I agree with the rest in any order.

I also liked Tony Temple if he didn't do bad things.

What bad things did Temple do? Honestly don’t remember.
Also. I just looked up 2010s stats because I was reminded of Derrick Washington.
Blaine Gabbert had the most rushing attempts that year.

He was arrested in June for allegedly punching a Bennigan's worker in a dispute involving Temple's girlfriend, a former Missouri softball player who worked there. Temple was suspended from the team for summer conditioning drills by coach Gary Pinkel but returned to become Mizzou's leading rusher.

I feel bad that he was apart of Dooleys offense, and not Drinks for most of his career. Under Drink, dude would have had 4k or 3k in 3 years before leaving.

Probably Olivo and West. They played on the worst teams of the group as well.

I would agree. Sorry I missed him.
