I just saw the Rebels warming up on SEC Nation. Maybe my tv was screwing up, but it looked to me like the helmet powder blue and jersey powder blue don't even come close to matching. If you're gong to destroy our brand, at least be competent in doing so.

The powder unis look nice, I’d say I’m a fan. just feels like it’s missing some red. Not sure how red accents would look on it but

Having grown up in the light blue helmet era, I do have an affinity for that original color. I do not care for the "powder blue" look, which lacks the tinge of green in it. And all the shirts and other paraphernalia are way off - just stock light blue. If we can't get a proper blue then I'd rather not even try. Surely we have some actual helmets from that era that we can match. I'm not certain that the Fla. game helmets were even the "powder blue" we have been using - looked a bit darker to me.
I would not change anything else - gray pants w/ red and blue stripes, double shoulder stripes. The one thing I'd go back to is a painted or taped real red stripe on the helmet - not the satiny Christmas ribbon-looking thing. Red on blue has a natural tension that stands out but the satin lessens the effect.

The helmet looks good today. That jersey was UNC blue and didn't match the helmet last week. The original helmet was more of a flatter matte color.

In certain light yesterday the helmet looked pretty correct - just too much crap all over it.

Same. With the red numbers and the powder blue helmets, those are fresh as hell.

I'd even go so far as to say I wish we wore all white (including the helmet) for away games. That was my favorite away uniform against TT

Yeah, if we’re talking strictly from an aesthetics standpoint, I think white pants make the rest of our uniform “pop” a little more. Just gives everything a fresher, crisper look in my opinion. Again, talking strictly from an aesthetic standpoint (because I know someone will jump in and talk about tradition).

We can wear all the colors of the wind as long as we win lol. I've begun to notice this fanbase has started to become more obsessed with our aesthetics since I started in '15
