Not determined yet if he is. Rumor is SD is willing to pay him $3.3 mill which is 4x slot value for where he was picked

He wants that kind of $$ and it scared off most teams early in the draft. I'd be surprised if SD paid him that.

We did get some interesting news as Nolan Crisp is transferring to UGA from Florida. Set the school record for saves by a freshman 2 years ago before getting hurt last year

Corey Collins also went non-drafted. A top 50-75 hitter in the draft coming to Athens is huge.
San Diego is going to have to find some money some how to fit Wilcox. They drafted high upside high school guys that wont take huge discounts with their first two picks. They could save money with their third pick and last two, but with slot only being around 770k, I dont see how they can meet his price. I can see them getting to 2.1-2.4 mil, but 3 looks tough.

Stricklin says he expects Wilcox to sign, that he got the offer from San Diego he was expecting to get in the first round. Just weird that it took until 3rd round for someone to offer it
