I know it’s fun to speak in hyperbole, but I guess Suttles is a moron too since he is also questioning the timing of this. I’m assuming you don’t work in a very competitive type field if you can’t see incentive for Kirby to time this move and think it’s a possibility as to what just happened.

Except that Cochran asked for the job, and had already approached other people. Suttles is posting clickbait, and you're just melting because you bought into a stupid conspiracy theory.
Sure, Smart is a POS, but melting over a ridiculous conspiracy theory is sad. Don't give Smart credit for something he didn't actually do. It makes you look like a pussy.

Yea, Kirby is a scumbag, but basing things off of Suttles is a mistake.
He took a job that he feels advances his career. It wasn’t a lateral move. Just wish him well and move on. I guarantee we’ll be fine

Suttles really has become a clickbait writer. I used to like him, but since moving over to The Athletic it has been mud against the wall.
