Loaded with pitchers. We just need some hits. Did Hemphill graduate or is she back?

Good. We need her power. If we can stay healthy, the team should be pretty dang good

Alabama is also hosting the SEC tournament this year in the newly renovated Rhoades Stadium.

With 13 returning players from last year, this is going to be the best team in years.

We have the pitchers, Foutes is strong and can carry this team like Jackie Trainer did. Doesn't have the velocity of Jackie, but lots of movement and a really good rise ball.

Hemphill and Tow can provide power at the plate. Brown has hopefully learned to slap and keep her feet in the batter's box.

But I think the player that will have a break out season is Skylar Wallace. I saw her play in HS and she was about to break it wide open last year.

Gonna be fun!

We always need hitters. Murph has brought in Lexi Kilfoyl to be the 2nd ace pitcher for a 1-2 punch of Fouts and Kilfoyl. Hitting will still be an afterthought.

Last year SEC pitcher of the year Sarah Cornell will presumably be the #2/1. The freshman Lexi getting the #4/3 behind/with Krystal Goodman (1.63 ERA would start on a lot of mid level programs). But yes we have a VEEEEEEEERY deep bullpen.

I see batting taking strides too Hemphill always come through. Tow, Morgan, Wallace, Sides expect them to have big bats. And grad transfer Alexis Mack will also be a big bat and even more speed on the bases.

This team shouldn't lose more than 7-8 games. Even with a difficult schedule
