sprain can be overstretched ligaments or tears depending on severity.

This.

Sprains = ligaments (overstretched or torn)
Strains = muscles and tendons (overstretched or torn)
Tears = ligaments, muscles or tendons and speak to the severity of the injury. Tears are severe sprains and strains.

This is why some high ankle sprain require surgery. Tua had it done I believe to speed his recovery.

He’s obviously hurt and honestly the Gators are screwed.

I think Trask doesn't play much and they hope we are not as prepared for Jones.

Trask is fine and is our best option. Not sure what else to say.

es with Jones. That or they plan on ground and pounding it

If that’s our plan Mullen is dumb. We haven’t ran well all year, and it won’t get better Saturday.

Jones is better then Trask at 80% .

You don’t have the necessary information available to you to even remotely know this.

assumed Jones had to be getting snaps with the first team in practice this week. I expect to see Mullen work him in a bit Saturday

He’s gotten first team reps since spring.

Jones will play, and he may even start. Hopefully, LSU's "genius" defensive coordinator is smart enough to see that.

I don't know how bad the sprain is, but it looked like Dan didn't care too much the way he ran Trask late in the AU game after the injury.

Jones has a hard time getting set up at the LOS and his snap count has had issues with the Oline causing multiple false starts. I don't know that he sees much time with that noise factored in directly because of that.

Trask was limited in practice on Monday.

He was a full participant on Tuesday and Wednesday.

He'll be ready to go.

Good I hated to see that hit on him. It was just unlucky football.

You'd have to outscore LSU. Thinking you'll shut us down is the same thing we thought we'd do to Texas. It sounds good until the game starts. Nix had his freshman meltdown game. Not gonna happen to Burrow.

I think UF fields 2 QBs during the course of the game

I don't think there's any doubt LSU believes this, as well.
