So, I just flew over Columbia on my way to St. Louis visiting family for the weekend. Saw the rock M from the air for the first time.

I went down last weekend and walked around, its actually a lot more impressive in person then what I thought it would be. Which is saying something because I was always excited about.

I think it looks good.
Although, I thought there was supposed to be a covered portion on the upper terrace called the tiger deck. Was supposed to be shaded with bar tables. They still have a few weeks I guess.

ya im sure that can be done quickly.
What I wonder is if they designed the new part in a way that they have the option to add additional seats up in the corner's in the future.

I don't think demand will ever require expanding capacity.

demand as in now, and most likely not, correct. But it would be wise to design in a way that could accommodate if ever necessary. This seems be becoming a more common thing in newly built venues.
