Is this the best ncaa tournament?

Since I have been watching the ncaa tournament since the early 90s I can’t think of a better one game in and game out then this year. Other years had great game here and there but so many games have come down to the last second or overtime.

No. The first 2 rounds weren't anything special, which is also important when rating a tournament overall.
Last year's was pretty epic too (in a different way) with UMBC and Loyola.

Yep, the tournament was extremely meh before the S16
