Georgia is flirting dangerously with the psychological demon that has possessed LSU since 1/9/12.

We were outscored 21-0 in the second half, not lose 21-0. Even during that span there were opportunities for us to put points on the board. Kirby is a whole different animal than Les so no worries here.

That’s incredibly telling. Master > student as a gameday coach and it’s not even close

Yeah pretty mind blowing that someone with 23 years of experience would be better than someone with 3.

Hey do you guys have an all-time great program at the moment? I don't think anyone has noticed, so you better start another thread stating obvious facts.

Wouldn't this mean the first half margins were almost identical, just flipped? OT doesn't count as second half, incidentally, just for accuracy in calculations.

How many years do you think it will take for Kirby to figure out calling a fake punt at midfield on 4th and 11 while the opposing team has their defense on the field, and is pointing at the guy that will get the ball pre-snap is a bad coaching move ?

5 ? 8 ? 15 years ?

It was a stupid-as-frick call, no question, but every coach makes those calls. Saban makes them. The reason you don't hear as much about Saban making them is that Saban isn't usually matched up with a top-level team like Bama, where these calls are going to be ridiculously influential. Had Kirby made it against, say, Auburn, we'd be done talking about it by now.

not really. Your team is already stuffed full of 5 stars, and you still can't get it done. You will never get it done because that's who you are

The UGA way. Always a day late and a dollar short. Maybe UGA should look into paying some generational talents to get them over the hump. Or they can watch as 1980 gets further and further in the rear view mirror

5 losses in a row for Jawja, all in the state of GA.

Just 2 for the little fellow though.

Something to consider.

When you go in to the half winning there are less adjustments to make.

Naw, Kirby pulled the same bush-league bullshite on the road vs LSU on 4th & 9, and people are still discussing how unbelievably bad that call was.

Watching him waste all those downs trotting Justin Fields onto the field while Jake Fromm was having the best game of his life... he is comically bad on gameday, especially after the half once the gameplan goes out the window.

What UGA isn’t getting is a backup qb thrashed them. If Tua was healthy it would of got ugly.
