How would you grade it (from yesterday’s game)?

There were holes for the backs and Tua has plenty of time to throw , so I say they did ok?

B+. For the most part we did a great job in past protection however we need to show a lot more in 3-4 and one situation

Getting stoned on a 4th and short when the game was still close was bad but overall they played well.

I think the OL as a whole is getting unfairly criticized....they've given up 4 sacks all season (6 games) and besides the 4th and 1 call where the fullback actually missed the block, I had no issues with their performance yesterday

We almost got stuffed at the goal line as well. We didnt look good on the 2 plays we needed to dominate the most.

Also keep in mind we haven't played a DL worth a shite either. It won't be so easy against LSU, Auburn, and even Miss State.

Pass blocking has looked great, but I’m still very concerned with our ability to man up and run the ball. Like what was mentioned earlier, we’ve struggled with this and haven’t really gone up against a tough opposing line yet. I hope it gets better, but I’m wondering where all this talk about this being one of our best lines since 2012 came from, because I’m not seeing it.

A&M’s front 7 is decent and they did a pretty good job of containing the run game.

I'm not surprised Bama is better in pass protection.

They are playing three OT's on the OL.

Meanwhile I think the lack of another 320-330 road grader at OG could be why the movement isn't there sometimes.

Cant have it both ways I guess. I'll definitely take elite pass pro, and adequate run blocking considering this years team/QB

I love it when folks are both wrong and hyperbolic about it. TexAM shut down the run games of Clemson, Alabama, and Kentucky, all of whom have excellent offensive lines with excellent size - definitely 3 of the top 10 offensive lines in all of CFB.

Regarding auburn, did you even watch the MissSt game? Nick Fitzgerald was getting 7 yards a pop even when auburn knew it was coming. Their Dline is overrated and is gassed in the second half because their offense can't keep the football.

Additionally, Arkansas' defense was ranked something like 37th in the S&P prior to last game, and has been very good against the run this year.

I don't really want to call you out on this personally Phil, as my angst is really directed at half the board. I know it's Sunday and this crap is normal, but MY GOD, there is an awful lot of terrible, terrible football opinion being passed around this board as fact.

The OL s improving but we still have moved a lot of guys around and that makes it hard to get a cohesive unit.
