Yep. The babies are still gonna cry, but I've seen progress I'm happy with. The offense is always going to look unnatural considering the personnel running it, but Chavis is earning every penny. Can't wait for Chad to get his guys here. This can absolutely work.

First game this year that it looks like we are progressing. Glad to see the players haven't let go of the rope, which is largely attributed to the coaching staff. A lot of the offensive woes are due to left over personnel.

We commin.

The offense is still a work in progress which is just the way its going to be this season I have a feeling. The defense is playing very well.

The special teams though... but for special teams miscues there is a good chance we are looking at only being down by 3 at half time.

Do the too many men penalties and stupid special teams plays quit just because bert's guys are gone?

I can handle a hold or a facemask, but stupid plays and penalties come down to poor coaching.

Defense has been really good. The offense is better than I expected against this Auburn defense. Special teams have cost us any chance at being in this game.

It is nice to see the team fighting tonight. When Morris gets his QB and upgrades the WRs, then our offense might get explosive again.

I've never seen a team flat out quit on plays like I have in special teams and that int return. This going all they way back to the Hatfield years...

Vast improvements.....

There were some changes in attitude at practice this week or something.

Special teams is still awful. Make fun of John L. all you want but that man could coach some special teams. We need someone like him back there.

By far the best our special teams ever were.

I no longer think we go winless in the SEC. In between Vandy, Mizzou, ATM we get at least 1.

Vandy or Ole Miss. Mizzou and A&M are pretty tough.

I didn't expect to win tonight. Hogs looked like they didn't care last week against North Texas. Tonight they came out as huge underdogs and have fought all night. We gave the game to Auburn with poor special teams and turnovers.

We played better and I'm happy to see the team isn't finished yet.

Forgot about Ole Miss. I think we win 2. Mizzou def a tougher out than A&M just based on Lock.

A&M

Would love to beat them, but they scrapped hard with Clemson and Bama. I think they will be more than we can handle.

Ole Miss has an explosive offense, but their defense is about as good as our special teams. We might beat them at WMS.

Vandy also looks like they are going to be beat down by the time we play them. Maybe we can get them or Ole Miss and Tulsa. Maybe.

It’s possible that we have the worst special teams in the country.
