My goodness, there was bitching left and right about the fact that Daniel Moore didn’t put Jalen Hurts in the “2nd and 26” portrait.

People are complaining right after we won a championship, remember football is a team sport and this isn’t Burger King where you can’t have it your way.

Makes me dang sick, folks acting like spoiled kids

I did and I'll say that I think for some of the Jalen supporters it's a matter of perceived prejudice. It's not about the painting necessarily.
What people need to remember is people care about winning not what color the players are. At least that's how I have always felt. One thing that would help that perception is if certain people would not feel the need to crap on Jalen while praising Tua.

I really don't understand the Jalen support that much. We have to be the only fan base that acts that way. People say he got us there but it was the defense. His best abiltity is that he doesn't turnover the ball.

I really don't understand how someone could have such a negative view of Jalen and I wonder exactly how many Alabama QB's you've seen in the past if you think he is that bad.

It probably has something to do with a big portion of our fanbase bitching about him, even when he plays well, and don't appreciate the fact that he filled a QB void for us as a true freshman when we we didn't have a capable one on the roster.

Has he been perfect? Of course not, and he clearly hasn't developed as a pocket passer. But people take for granted what could have been if we didn't have him on the roster in 2016, and the early part of last year. It would have been much, much more frustrating than having him back there.

Having said that, it's laughable that people are bitching about him not being in the Daniel Moore painting. How is that even a thing. What would they even display? Him missing Ridley for an easy touchdown?

Yep. It's even worse when it's not football season.

I've never listened to his show but if his on air persona is anything like his Twitter persona then I'd rather stick my twig and berries in a blender than listen to that guy.

Anyone that would be racist against a black player would likely also be racist against a Samoan player.

Hurts doesn't deserve to be in the print from the Jawja game.
