Another one of John Chavis FK-ups at UT....He didn't give Willis a sniff even though Willis grew up a big UT fan.....Chavis told Cutcliffe he might want to look at this Willis kid from Bructon...And the rest is history.

Agreed. Billy Idol is cool. Only saw him once...at a Memphis in May. It was only a few years ago and he sounded great.
Lagniappe: My handle is a nod to North Mississippi Hill Country Blues great R.L. Burnside. Most will recognize his songs from the North Mississippi Allstars covering him. Definitely worth looking up if you want some new tunes. Jumper on the Line or Miss Maybell would be my rec for first song to look up. Also Junior Kimbough would be another good NMS hill country artist to look up.
