I've heard that at Mizzou they have a made a clone of MJ in his prime. He will announce later tonight that he is coming to Mizzou. I like the attention but these folks need to settle down.

I love how everyone assumes we're paying all these kids. Did Illanoy pay Tillmon to get him to commit?? Guess he just loved them so much.
And the slimiest coach in all of college basketball, Calipari, pulls in 5 * 's every year and no one bats an eye (despite leaving prior programs he's been at a mess). And UNC can't say a word knowing the class situation there......I like how they know how everyone else feels when someone gets decent recruits.

The reality of it is that it's not even Martin. It's 95% MPJ doing the recruiting. Martin just happens to be a good enough guy and the right coach to not ruin it.
I do worry about backlash on Martin when he can't bring this type of class in without an MPJ doing the recruiting for him. I anticipate he'll still bring in quality classes but not this type of quality.

Agreed. Still, it's Cuonzo's job to actually sell the program. He has a proven track record of bringing in 5 star talent already at non-blue blood programs. I think MPJ getting Knox
to CoMo was all he needed to do to allow Zo
to work his magic.

Zo has a proven track record of being able to recruit. This won't be the last collection of high level recruits he's able to assemble.
