Bryce Young will be the best qb in the SEC and it really won't be close. He already is the best in the SEC
The Arkansas qb is not a great passing qb but is pretty good all around. With some work he can improve his passing game like Hurts did.

Hurts was a career 65% passer. His first year starting he was 62.8%. 2nd year 60.2%. At OU he was 69.7%.
