JD99 An All Time DGD and NOW Honorary Redcoat!

After beating the brakes off CSU and scoring a rushing TD, Jordan Davis ended today's game by conducting the Redcoats in their post game performance. He was given a plaque naming him an honorary Redcoat and given an official Redcoat jacket.
My middle kid was a RC Trumpet through last season and the RCs and JD share a special bond since his Fr season. He routinely showed the band a lot of love.

Sounding more and more like Davis and Kirby will at least get an invite to NYC ceremony

I saw a tweet by a gentleman during the Braves run, he met JD at a game. JD saw his Redcoat Alumni pullover and just lit up and told him how much he loved and appreciated the band.

I saw Kirby’s presser and said JD wanted it and they worked it this week.
Was there and filmed it. Crowd went nuts. If I could figure out how to post my video I would. When they shifted, my son jumped up going crazy

Jordan Davis is a DGD and a legend. He’s one of the best defensive linemen we’ve ever had and one of the most likable human beings to boot.
Gonna miss not having him anchoring the middle next year.
