It seems this game is always at noon because Iron Bowl is always 3:30 and nobody wants to be around Bobby Dodd after dark.

Go ahead and make sure the car you're planning on driving is totally empty of anything that might look valuable.
I don't even leave phone chargers/wires in my car anymore because I'm not trying to come back to a busted out window.

Has the #1 team ever played so many effin’ nooners? I’ve been watching college football since around 1979 and I don’t remember it.

I'd imagine Clemson had a fair number of them with their terrible ACC schedule. Other than that, Alabama seems to not get too many nooners outside of their cupcake OOC games, but they also play an SEC West schedule, which has more teams in Central, and it seems like ESPN has a bias toward not slotting them for noon if they can help it.

If this is the beginning of the dynasty we all hope it will be, I'd imagine the noon games should begin to taper off, but this year it really is annoying.
