One thread after another started by A&M fans attacking LSU. When did A&M fans get so insecure and worried about LSU stealing their Savior Jimbo?
Yes as bad as most LSU hate the idea of Jimbo is our guaranteed fallback option for HC.

Let’s see. First our school isn’t going to fall into the sea. Second we have way more money than you. Third, we are a way better school academic wise, it’s a double lap on that. Fourth we have way more rich alumni versus all those LSU grads as gas station manager. Fifth, LSU lives in Louisiana bubble with no competition. A&M owns every category.

So the OP is an A&M alter.
Cause I read here that all this Jimbo to LSU talk was just a bunch of A&M trolling.

Let's see. First, aggy has never won the SEC west division. Second, aggy has never been to an SEC championship except when they purchase tickets. Third, aggy has never won the SEC. Fourth, aggy has never been to the playoffs. Fifth, aggy has never participated in a nattie that you witnessed. Sixth, that's a lot of nevers. Seventh, aggy definitely owns every never category.

When Jimbo got his recent extension it was stated he had zero buyouts as part of the new package if he decides to leave on his own.
Now USAToday and others say he has the largest buyout in college football. Just north of 50 million.
In conclusion, the last thing it would appear that LSU would be doing if they get Jimbo is "stealing" him away from TAMU.

Or...and just spitballing here....LSU fans starting thread after thread about "stealing" Fisher after assuring us:
1. LSU has never offered him
2. He is a terrible coach
3. A&M paid him way too much
4. LSU does not want him.
LSU's fan base is the most Jekyll & Hyde fan base on the Rant.

All the Butt Boys were absolutely adamant that we were not going to steal Woodward either and that Chavis would bring them an SEC Championship.

It’s too bad your current team sucks rocks. All those championship appearances surely should have somehow made their play better on the field. I mean, didn’t the other teams you lost to know you had championships?
Strange. I thought the outcome this year would be different with so many championships and all.

How is that coming LSU fans? Oh, finding it difficult to get a single tentured HC interested in the position?
But that makes no sense as you are one of THE best programs in college, right?
The truth hurts. Good luck with that hire as all the top choices have denied the cease pool at LSU.

Pretty sure this isn't true.
So, you tell us......does LSU want Fisher, or not?

1. But it is located in a shite town in the middle of nowhere.
2. Why is endowment relevant if the salary remains the same?
3. You’re school is the “Agriculture and Mechanics” institution for a state that ranks towards the bottom of most education metrics. I wouldn’t be sparring academics with anyone. You also accept almost anyone who applies.
4. LSU living in a “bubble” is an advantage. They own the state. No one will want to live in College Station with a brigade of farmers when they can live in Austin, near Dallas, Houston, etc.
