That’s awesome! He’ll have a great time and a great year to go to his first game.

I think your best bet is to probably park in a downtown deck and walk. I don’t think it will be overly crowded for that game. The Dawg Walk is going to be at 9:45am, and will not be as crowded as other games.

I would aim to roll into Athens at 8am, park downtown. Walk downtown for a bit, then go through the arches around 8:45am so you can make it to the Dawg Walk at 9:15 to get a good spot.

If you’re not tailgating, gates will open at 10am so you can get in and watch them warmup and stuff. Then head back towards downtown after the game. Let the little man ring the chapel bell and grab a nice spot downtown for a cold one and some watching of other games before you head out

Appreciate it! If we are still #1 rolling into the final game it may be crowded but who knows. My son (and me) is very excited. I believe he's watched every youtube video on Zeus and also Jordan Davis.

Will the bookstore and others be open after the game? Do you know that time the parking decks open? We will be driving up from Savannah that same day.
