Ga is clearly no1, but it’s a cluster frick among the 2nd, 3rd and even the possible 4th ranked teams. Am I right? Who are yours?

Alabama and Ohio State

But if we are being consistent, Alabama should be penalized in the same way that Cincinnati was penalized for playing close games to terrible teams

That’s my biggest gripe with the committee

2. Bama
3, aTm

it's really not that complicated...

2 and 3 are clearly Bama and A&M at this point.

Over the season as a whole, I agree. A&M might even be number four. But at this moment in time, I would flip these two.

TAMU and Bama. Bama could have lost to UF and LSU. I think TAMU would give UGA a better game.

We are certainly the most improved among the SEC cellar dwellers compared to our last game.

I think we still need to see two games to know.

A&M and Ole Miss and
Auburn versus Bama

I think it’s either Bama or A&M depending on how those games end up. With Auburn and possibly Ole Miss having a say if the Aggies lose.

I don’t see that A&M defense giving up a touchdown anytime soon however.

I had some trouble with folks saying this last week. I've changed my tune. If Bama were to play Cinc. like they played us last night, they lose by several scores.

I want to see how Bama responds in their next 3 games. If it's not world-beater and squeaks by all 3 and Cinc. wins out, I'd have to go with Cinc. Honestly, I think most Bama fans would agree.

I don’t think this is true

But I also don’t think perception and history should be a tie breaker

You HAVE to go with DEFENSE first and foremost.

1) Ga
2) aTm
3) Bama
4) Aub

5) Ole Miss
6) LSU

7) Arkansas
8) Miss St
9) Tenn
10) KY

11) S Car
12) Fla

13) Mizz
14) Van

It’s not clear at all…

Arkansas beat aTm
Auburn beat Arkansas
aTm beat Auburn
Miss State beat aTm
Arkansas beat Miss State
aTm beat Bama
Bama beat Ole Miss
Ole Miss beat Arkansas
Auburn beat Ole Miss

It’s basically a cluster frick full of teams who can beat each other up. Alabama still has to play Auburn and Arkansas. aTm still has to play Ole Miss and LSU.

LSU has Top 5 Talent but is performing outside the Top 25 in terms of results. Very dangerous team because you don't know what you will get week to week.

Aggy and Bama have gotten some separation on the rest of the field though for 2 and 3. Auburn is a really good football team and Aggy just overpowered them yesterday. Kentucky has fallen off a cliff. Ole Miss is dangerous but Auburn beat them convincingly. Tennessee may be in the discussion but not for Top 3. Arkie and State are very good teams with nice wins over Aggy but doubtful that happens if they played now and both have lost multiple times since that game.

Frustrating to look at the love for some of these other teams outside the SEC. Cincy, OU, Oregon, Ohio State, etc all probably have 3 losses in the SEC. Watching them struggle week after week against terrible teams is ridiculous.

Everyone is hating on Alabama, but I have a hard time doing so. Look at my Aggies. When we had a bunch of people hurt, we let ourselves get beat by Arkansas and Mississippi State.

Alabama has a bunch of folks hurt now, and they are still winning. Ugly, but winning nonetheless.

If we’re basing it off how they’re playing today.

1. UGA

2. A&M

3. Bama

4. Auburn
5. Ole Miss
