Alabama is overrated

Lost to a two-loss team, biggest wins are against Ole Miss and a ref-aided squeaker against Florida.

My assessment is that they are not as good as they were last year. They are a very talented team who could lose another game this season. I have no idea why they struggled with Florida the way they did.

They would have been exposed last season also if they had to play in front of full road crowds against full teams.

To be fair, no team in the history of college football is as good as we were last year, so I’m not sure it’s fair to judge this team through that lens. Last year’s team would beat this year’s by 3 TDs, IMO.

Alabama under Saban has been just as good on road as at home. Some of Alabama’s most notable losses have come at home.

Friendly reminder that LSU is 7-9 in its last 16 games against Power 5 teams

I'm not so sure about that. They had a really good team last year. We all played under the same conditions, yet they won it all. This feels like sour grapes to me.

They lost 6 first team All Americans so expected. The biggest drop off has been the OL IMO. They lost 3/5 starters. They’ve had trouble both run blocking and pass blocking this year.

This is a good assessment. Lots of talent and could beat anyone on any given week. But could also lose much easier than past teams. The right side of the O line has been killing us. D line isn't very dominant, and the inside LBs can't cover for shite. It's the kinda team that could win it all or lose 2 more games.
And the Florida thing is a combination of a young team in their first game at a hostile environment and Pete Golding.

My team isn’t being led by a dumbass who no one can understand. I am not that angry.

I can't disagree actually.

The loss at A&M showed that upsets happen in front of a great crowd like Kyle Field had that day.

That's what's amazing we're Top 5 and haven't played a complete game. As a fan it's actually little refreshing knowing that we are so vulnerable but could also make an epic run.
Sometimes you can't enjoy the games because you expect perfection because expectations.

True but you're talking about this year's Bama team.
Which stadium last year (if it was full), do you feel like Bama would have lost a game just because the opponent's fans were there in greater numbers?

Lol, seems like you and that vagina AHM are melting, not me.

Yep. And yet our LT is a projected top 3-5 pick in the draft. That's how bad the rest of the O Line has played. I'm really missing Kyle Flood. Because we look like shite under Marone. Not sure if it's the coach or the players. But it's easily our biggest weakness. Which unfortunately for us, plays perfectly into Georgia's defensive strength.

Given a choice between the two I'd rather be thought to be really good and wind up being slightly overrated than be thought to be complete shite and wind up being appropriately rated.
