Outside of two years to build them up and the Covid year, I'd say he's been very good. Sure 3rd or worse in 4 of the 7 years in his division, no playoffs, and a .500 bowl record, but that's not too bad.

Like Dan Mullen, Pedos State's James Franklin's record at CANDY when put in context is much less impressive. He simply beat other average to below-average teams. He was dismal against teams with winning records much less ranked.

His 650 winning percentage at PSU leaves much to be desired.

O is 49-17 in a much tougher league.
