I cannot remember if he has fielded punts this year or not, but, if he has not, why wouldn't he be out there doing it?

It's not like he's seeing much time in the backfield (he had 4 carries Saturday), but wouldn't someone with his speed be a phenomenal PR option?

I would have him 2nd to Rocket and put Treylon Smith at 3.

It seems they want ball security over return yardage.

I was think there was a problem with drops at the very beginning of the season and last season. Couldn’t remember who it was.

Parodi has been doing a good job. Security and decision making are 90% of it. Even elite returners end up rarely having big returns.

I agree, that’s the least of our worries. A guy actually catching and securing the ball.

As fast as he is, he looked uncomfortable on kick returns to me. Kinda like he was unsure of where to go and hesitated. Plus he dropped one against Georgia I think.

I don’t mind Parodi on punt return but would like to keep trying others on kick returns. Not sure why Oglesby hasn’t gotten a shot when he’s a track guy.

Did he have the punt debacle in the Texas game?

He has struggled fielding kick offs...punts would scare me.

it was him

to be a punt returner, you have to be out before practice catching for the punters and staying after practice catching for the punters - and in the offseason

you don't just magically learn to catch punts flawlessly during practice - its takes hours of reps outside of regular practice

same with catching the ball flawlessly as a receiver - it takes refined ball drills all year long
