Good morning, everyone! Here are the results from the Week 6 Power Rankings polls. Looks like we have two teams that the PR Board and Community don't agree on: Florida and Texas A&M. The Gators are 3 spots higher in the community poll, and the Fightin' Aggies are 3 spots higher in the PR Board Poll. Where do you think each of these teams stack up in the SEC pecking order?

Alabama fan - Seriously? WTF? Now if you'll excuse me, my "Fire Golding Now" poster isn't going to paint itself. Next up: Mississippi State. Normally this is "easy win" territory, but never underestimate Golding's ability to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

Georgia fan: We went into JHS and smacked the Barners with our dicks all the while starting a back up QB and white receiver

LSU fan: Proud contributor to the Ed Orgeron retirement campaign.

Kentucky fan: Kentucky did extremely well in week 6 when I fully expected them to come out depleted and sloppy. For the first time since week one I felt that our offense was comfortable on the field. Levis looked locked-in making decisions for most of the game and showed why he ran so much for Penn State. Levis was pretty efficient passing despite the total passing yards. He has shown he's comfortable passing to multiple targets and is getting better at going through progressions. Glad to see multiple RBs getting touches and breaking 100 yards. This was sort of what we have been expecting to see from Smoke all season, glad to see he got his. We are getting better with holding onto the ball and had a 2nd week without costly turnovers. We gave up over 400 yards on defense though, and that makes me nervous. I know LSU is known for having a solid passing game, but we let them double up their season average on rushing yards.

Ole Miss fan: Ole Miss held on for dear life aboard the proverbial train that is Lane Kiffin. DJ Durkin is somehow still employed after giving up 350+ Rushing yards to the Hawgs. This series has just gotten so predictably stupid. But it gets better this week as we go to Knoxville for a totally normal game set to kickoff at 6:30. The current o/u is 79.5 on FanDuel.

Texas A&M: Someone in Vegas got to Saban and bought this one, it’s the only logical explanation

UGA - we look focused and disciplined. Let's see what we can do against a very talented, well coached and motivated Kentucky squad. We should win on talent and wearing them down, but can we keep them out of the endzone early in the game?

Alabama lost. The world is practically over. Only the Pirate can put us out of our misery.

Georgia: 5 Straight in the Deep South's Oldest Foregone Conclusion. Defensively, allowed Nix to do a little more "Nix things" than I expected early, but turned up the heat, started running the ball more effectively in the second half, and walked away with a dominant win. Injuries are mounting at very high levels, the roster is deep, but at what point is depth insufficient to offset the losses. Need to get through this week and hope for some healthy returns after the bye. UK comes in looking better than they have maybe ever in modern football, but don't see how they match up against us any better than Arkansas did. Game in Athens, imagine the outcome looks similar, but unlikely to be a shutout.

Arkansas - Went for two and did not get it...Auburn next...Hogs by 90

Hogs Close loss to Ole Miss at Ole Miss. Not much defense to speak of. Next up is Auburn - at home. Gotta stop their run game and make Nix make mistakes.

Rebels pulled out a gutsy win over a tough Arkansas team. Going on the road to Knoxville won't be easy; the Vols have been rolling offensively. I think we are the more talented team, but we are going to have to find some guys who can pressure the quarterback. Rebels win a one possession game.

It’s a “weekly” power ranking, Aggie may fall back down, but for this week is handing a crushing defeat to the #1 team Alabama not something that reflects power? 4 sacks and 2 forced turnovers in the first 35 minutes…..again it’s a weekly ranking and no team did more last week

Thank God for Mississippi and the SEC East.

Neither. Texas A&M administration didn't start shoehorning A&M into everything until the last 20 years or so. Prior to that A&M branded itself as the "Texas Aggies" for most of our history. As an old timer, I appreciate the throwback.

I feel like Florida is better than Ole Miss, but that might just be historical bias on my part.
I sure as hell am rooting for the Rebs this weekend. Hotty Toddy baws!

Here’s a fun fact for you
We were “Texas Aggies”
85 years before “Texas” started calling itself “Texas”

Aggie still getting too much love. They still lost to Starkville and Hogsville. Damn close to having 3 losses.

Abandoning "Texas Aggies" for "Texas A&M" was the dumbest branding move in our entire history.
