bad habits and poor discipline are starting to show.

I am talking about the Lsu/Auburn game, Im talking about 47&49 (Pittman and elel(?)) three or four times not being (disciplined) enough to not go chasing the running back up the back side and letting tod take off on that read option. Im talking about on a 3rd and 4, auburn guy gets hit for about a loss of 3 or so but b/c the lsu guy(db i think) (no discipline) slings down the Au kid outta bounds, blatantly drawing a personal foul, keeping the drive alive(I think you guys had 3 hits like that Sat.)

Could you guys explain for your fellow fans? I don't undertsand this.

There's a thread on the Tiger Rant where every LSU poster thinks Charles Scott is better than Knowshon Moreno. Can you explain that?

If he's talking about the late hit out of bounds...that was a questionable call...but who knows what this guy is talking about.

I can only speak for myself but I think coach Miles is great. Some people think that in order to be good it means that someone else has to be bad and that is not the case. The SEC has a lot of great coaches and teams. I think on any weekend Vanderbilt can beat any team they play just like LSU or anybody else can.

Who would have thought last year that the two losses LSU had would be agianst Kentucky and Arkansas?

I have always said that coach Miles reminds me of coach Bryant. Last year when Miles pretty much told Michigan to frick off on national tv before the SEC game I was sold. You know that job was a dream but he put his dreams aside for his players and his team. That is character and it is rarely seen today.

Any LSU fan that was not immediately sold on that guy is an idiot.

Just my opinion.

I wouldn't say that there's that much difference between the two besides running styles. Moreno is not a world beater. Sorry to break that to you.

What can't he do? He's a do it all back. Power, speed, he can catch it, he's the best back in CFB outside of Beanie and might be better.

Did Coach Miles ever come out and elaborate on the whole Michigan thing? There were rumours that they had offered and he had accepted on the condition that they kept it quiet until after the SECCG. But then they leaked the info and Herbie got wind of it, then made his infamous on-air announcement. I remember eating lunch and a bunch of Tennessee fans were whooping it up saying that they'd heard on ESPN Miles was as good as gone.

I think Herbie jumped on the LSU bandwagon after the SECCG because he realized he'd screwed LSU by flappin' his gums about Miles beforehand. He was a pretty ardent advocate for putting the corndogs in the NC game.

Just my $.02

that's not that outrageous. i'd prob still take moreno at this point but an argument can be made for scott.

Moreno is much better in the open field and it's not like he can't run with power either. He's better and more versatile, Scott is a bruiser. I like Scott fwiw, just not as much as Moreno.

going by what you've seen from alabama this year, at this stage in the season do you feel like you guys are more prepared to handle moreno or scott?
