Tired of the muffed punts, kickoff return issues, kickoff and punt coverage outages, and poor punting.

Yeah. That may be an issue. Most guys that hire their friends into this position can’t make the move when they need to and end up going down with the ship. Hopefully Pittman doesn’t.
The crazy thing about it is Pittman has said Scott Fountain was the first person he called to hire after he was named head coach. Gonna be hard to push him out the door first too

Bump, the number of special teams gaffes that have occurred since Fountain has been here are too many to count

He got us a great kicker (Little missed his first kick of the season against Georgia but what the hell, everything else was utter poo in that game) but the punting has not been awe inspiring while punt and kick returns can best be described as like watching a slasher film. You know something terrible is about to happen, the question is just horrifying is it going to be?
