Ah I can't wait for our annual beatdowns of Ole Miss. I remember Bryan Harsin showing up to their house, dropping 66 and then going into victory formation on 3rd and inches from the goal with time still on the clock.

Alabama could do it every year. Saban just doesn't want to embarrass people. I mean, we've been up 45 to 14 at half and decided that's good enough and pulled back.

We clowned your big brother 63-28 in the semifinal of the playoffs. I understand it’s easy for a Texas fan to forget that the playoffs exist, but it wasn’t that long ago.

It's not cool to run the score up on cupcakes who you're paying to get beat down, I agree. Shutouts are more impressive against those teams, or at least it's what you should be aiming to do.
Keilan Thompson is our 3rd string back so we were having to go even deeper than that to stop scoring. Speaking of which, I love him.

You remember getting your asses handed to you in Austin the next year? That was by an Ole Miss team that went 3-5 in the SEC.

In 2019, LSU wore out their knee pads at the end of games so as to not run up scores and still averaged 49 points per game.

To be fair, LSU's offense that year wasn't anything special by Big 12 standards. Plenty of better offensive teams than LSU over the years in our league. Unfortunately all these teams (other than us) are choke artists on the big stage.
