Not a fan of that phrase. Sounds too "Bammer-ish" for me.

Not a fan of the gameplan we went in with. But outside that, you just gotta tip your cap to the other team. They made the plays when they needed them. We didn't.

When a QB who is a overall 60% passer completes 12 out of 12 passes in the 2nd half, and finished with an 87% passing % which is the worst we have given up in 11 years....

....then on D we didn't play well. If we get at times a pass rush that forces their QB to rush his passes or moves out of the pocket, then we either hold them to FGs and we have a better chance to win...

I think it was a winnable game for auburn. I believe it was evenly matched talent wise for both teams. Auburn got out coached. The defense couldnt get any pressure on the qb and the short passes killed our dbs. I agreed with herbstreit the offense needed to use the run game to set up the play action because they kept selling out to stop the run. Harsin corrects those issues and auburn is a hard team to beat.

I agree with this

This I don't necessarily agree with. The defense played well considering the position the coaches put them in. 3 down lineman are going to struggle applying pressure to a QB with 5 blockers. You can't ask a defense backfield to cover receivers indefinitely. Even an average QB will pick you apart if you give him enough time, and that's exactly what happened. We dared them to throw, and they did. They had no running game against us, with their leading rusher only having 45yds on 19 carries. What I do not understand is, we keep the same defensive gameplan even when it was painfully clear that it wasn't dooming us to failure. Why we didn't dial up more blitzes in man coverage during the second half is a head scratcher.
