People hate Texas because they have Vandy type money and UF type success. They upgraded their Athletic Program by joining the SEC and some fear that will translate to their on field performance. If it does look out.

I hate that they act like some god tier representatives of the state and people of Texas when their student body is primarily composed of left wing anarchists, champagne socialists, and illegal immigrants.

The fact they have 20 or super rich boosters who micromanage the football program. Nobody stands up to them because Texas prides itself on money and more money. Texas would rather have their money and have a dysfunctional 7-9 win team than have a true leader as a Coach with no booster interference.
If Saban would have went to Texas and had a problem with some rich oil booster. The Texas trustees/board members,AD and other boosters would have voted to fire Saban. Sark will find this out soon enough.
