Well we know you don't know anything about what happened from that statement.

No, Fulmer was called as a witness and laid you bare.

Spurrier was the first coach to tell the NCAA about the deal.

Albert Means and his mama spilled the beans.

So, STFU, you stupid, inbred, know-nothing, trailer park dwelling, Bammer POS.

NCAA had Tennessee dead to rights and Fulmer made a deal to save his own skin.

Write fiction much, or do you just confine yourself to revisionist history?

Those very statements show how little you actually know about this subject.

If Fulmer had been nothing more than an honest witness, he wouldn't have refused to come to the state of Alabama for years to avoid being served a subpoena to compel his testimony in a civil case.

The man skipped (and got fined for it) freaking SEC Media Days to avoid service. Exactly how an honest man behaves.

ETA - It also wasn't Spurrier that first put the NCAA onto Alabama/Means. The judge in the case that resulted in a $30 million jury verdict against the NCAA (later overturned because the court found it excessive, not incorrect) wrote a book about the case. He very clearly identifies Arkansas as the reporter.
