Yet,2-0 and a win vs LSU doesn't Crack their top 25

Just a reminder that this is all coming from an algorithm that still includes data from last year.

I'm sure it's the forward projection of their schedule. UGA is only tough team they have this year.

They can run through the ACC and be back in CFPs

This.

Said it before, no model that includes 2020 data is worth discussing and no algorithm based on 2021 data is really worthwhile until week 3-4.

Don’t get me wrong, I liked what I saw in our win over Akron. But it’s freaking Akron. I think it’s jumping the gun to throw us up to the top 10 already. Let’s at least see how we look after our trip to Happy Valley before proclaiming Auburn a top 10 team.

Don't kid yourself Auburn definitely should be in the top 10 maybe even the top five after beating down the mighty Zips like that

The Football Power Index (FPI) is a measure of team strength that is meant to be the best predictor of a team's performance going forward for the rest of the season. FPI represents how many points above or below average a team is. Projected results are based on 20,000 simulations of the rest of the season using FPI, results to date, and the remaining schedule. Ratings and projections update daily. FPI data from seasons prior to 2019 may not be complete.

LSU projecting 6 wins now.
