TV options for Rice game

I read on tRant that this weekend’s game will be on PPV only (Same with LSU and USCe apparently). This true? Anyone know anything? I’ve yet to hear the TV schedule at all for this season

It’s not PPV but it will be on ESPN +. Plus there’s a lot of other good content for $6/month.

It's listed as on ESPN+ on my browser which comes with an extra sub fee. Fire up the radio broadcast or open your wallet.

I remember them saying something about doing this last year. Trying to bait people into subbing to ESPN+. Didn't think we would get screwed by it so soon. F them. I would rather listen on the radio or go to a bar.

I stream on a PC. I assume it will be the same on XBOX/PS as well though. Should show up on SEN+ on DirectTV but I'm not sure.

Use your PlayStation and the SEC+ feed. It will ask for your DirecTV login. Enter that and you will be good to go.
If you watch conference baseball games it will be the same method

When I click on the game, I get prompted to subscribe to ESPN+; even after typing in YouTubeTV credentials.
Update.
So I initially went into ESPN app, NCAA football, and hit on the game. That’s when I got prompted for ESPN+. Then I clicked on SEC icon and it took me to the SEC+ game.
They basically buried the free stream within the app to discourage people into purchasing.

Well damn I drunkenly ordered ESPN+ at like 1am last night. Should have read this thread first.

Yeah, I ALmost, almost did the same thing about the same time... But then thought, WTH... and searched ESPN for the SEC now show... SEC network popped up withing the ap, and there she was...
