Can’t speak for Texas but almost nobody lives more than 30 miles west of I-35 in Oklahoma anyway. And more accurately that refers to anything west of I-35 okc and north and anything west of I-44 south of OKC.

Well now that's just horseshite. I've never once been served velveeta at a Mexican restaurant anywhere in OK.
