How are gameday homes changing your SEC town?

Hey all!
Former Gamecock and current journalist working on a story about how "gameday homes" have changed neighborhoods in smaller SEC towns like Starkville, Oxford, Auburn, and Clemson (inspired by this recent study, if you're curious: LINK )
Do you share a neighborhood with homes that are only occupied 9 weekends a year? Do you share a neighborhood with a luxury condo complex that was built expressly for out-of-town fans? Do you own a gameday home? I want to talk to you!
Respond here or feel free to email me at gamedayhomes@gmail.com!

Gameday hoes are just part and parcel of college town life.
Some gameday hoes are nice and well-kept. Other gameday hoes are old and run-down, and sell amenities aren't that great once you get inside.
It used to be common to see fans posting pictures of gameday hoes on sports message boards like this one.
Some people have a problem with gameday hoes, but since they're just for use on gameday, gameday hoes are never going to be as nice or well-built as full-time hoes.
And some of the gameday hoes are just regular hoes whose owner left town for the weekend.

I sell imaginary rental units for football weekends and give the suckers the address to the section 8 housing off Newton Street in Athens.

Well in that case, I have a trailer in Winston Co Alabama. Neighbors complain about the cat piss smell and the blacked out windows, but overall a friendly place
(Glowies this is a joke)
