Just feels like a better SEC fit to me. I know they don't add much as far TV market, viewers ect with OU on board now. But their sports success is pretty solid across the board.

Are they gay? Is everyone of their threads lame? Do they give each other Reach Arounds?

Dude, stop. It has been 10 years. We are here. We are not going any where. You know. I know it. Good Lord, seriously, these post about Mizzou leaving are ridiculous.

He still hasn't gotten over last year's loss.

Anyone else in the Big 12 or ACC would be a better fit than Missouri. Hopefully they opt to leave on their own within the next 5 years or so.

Missouri has never felt like they belonged... aTm was a least a hated rival for LSU... Grew up on Aggie jokes...

Really, OKSt is the team you want to replace us with? So weird. The same Okie state we have a 29-24 record against, more program wins, more bowl games, more conference championships and more draft picks, that Oklahoma State? Cool.

You're forgetting about T. Boone Pickens. I know he's dead, but he didn't get buried with his money!

Drinkwitz has a chance to produce consecutive top 20 recruiting classes, the inevitable implosion of the Big XII means that Baylor, TCU, and Texas Tech will lose out to Mizzou on the recruits that A&M, Texas, and OU don't sign. If the SEC creates a mostly Big 12/SWC pod, it could eventually end up being one of the better pods if all the teams land the Texas talent. Lastly, location. With the SEC becoming the undisputed elite superpower of college sports, dwarfing every other conference by comparison including the Big Ten, it presents some real & unique opportunities for Mizzou as the SEC's northern-most school and only midwestern state. Specifically, it would make Mizzou a more attractive option to recruits throughout the midwest, including regional Big Ten territories. Mizzou would be their closest option. both geographically & culturally.
All I see from the detractors in this thread is fear.

I feel like the B1G is more of a cultural and academic fit for Mizzou, but they're here, so...

Yes, OP. Okie Lite has far superior facilities and fan support. Columbia is a desolate crap whole and there stadium look like a mid level Texas HS stadium.
