I have heard those too, but I still think its operational issues that is frustrating the coaches.
AG has only been here 3 years, and he has gotten started the FPC, added softball and baseball indoor practice facilities. There is MUCH that needs to be done like you mentioned and it's possible he is too frugal and not with vision.

I have no idea the inner workings of an athletic department, but I'm sure if the money was there Greene would spend it, right?

He implemented a 10% budget reduction in the first year he was here. He fired multiple AD department staff. Nothing AD Greene has done seems to moving AU forward. Is a peanut counter when money is flowing out of the coffers. He may be relatable to the players on the different teams but what the hell does that do?
