BC is that high because they have 19 commits and the ranking score is cumulative.
Missouri is 12th in total AND 12th in average recruit rating.
Recruiting rankings don't really matter that much anyway, once you get out of the top 10 maybe 20

IDK a lot of people don't seem to realize the rankings are totally worthless as they are shown until the end of the year.
Until then you need to rank by class average.

Look, celebrate even the small things. A class ranking in July.. Be happy. South Carolina was 75th in those rankings just 4 months ago and is now sitting at 16. Idgaf what month it is. I'm celebrating that shite.

frick yeah. Odom could barely even break the top 40. You’re damn right I’m going to celebrate, and it’s not like we have that ranking only because we have a ton of commits. Our avg ranking is actually higher than that
