Longest I can remember going from a signal to an announcement.

Yeah this is definitely the longest wait for a bat signal thus far.. Miles Mcvay announces this Thursday, I wonder if it might be him? Surely Drink wouldn't create this suspense for a 3* or unranked recruit

He could be an underrated recruit.

Alabama just got another OT from California. 5 in this recruiting class alone. That sucks for Mizzou can't get a break.

You have a serious eye for talents. Are you sure you don't work for on3?

At least 1 will decommit, no way they all end up there. Even if they end up with 4, 1 will then transfer. They cant all play.

Yes, Miles McVay should be the one to commit to Drinkwitz because the team in a couple of years from now should be one of the best team ever. That is why it was shocking to see him turn away from his father at this point. I hope he changes his mind and follow the path to something special with those new 4*s high 3*s and some 5* talents. This is why I am trying to see how some kids just don't get it. To help his father, his school, and the future of the program depends on him and others to stay locally.

Us having any chance to flip him will come down to how our team plays this year. If we start hot, we will be in decent shape to at least have a chance to flip him.

People always say that but I don’t think it’s that important. Sure it helps but Drink just landed our best recruiting class in program history during a 6-7 season

But I think these top recruits will want to see some progression this year. McVay also said he wants to fight for championships. At bama that's a given, if mizzou can show progress to getting towards that, he may reconsider and stay home.

I guess being a new HC and the COVID-19 is just a cover. That is why Drinkwitz need to show improvement this year or else 4* and 5* recruits will go leswhere. Yes, he will land some of them, but more would come if Drinkwitz gets his team to show improvements and wins more than 6 or 7 games a year. Some of you think recruits are not interesting in seeing a much-improved team than just win 1 more game this year would be good enough. That is not how many top recruits see it.

he wants to fight for money and opportunity most of all. For an OL, that means getting starts and good coaching that preps for NFL.

Does the Oregon blow out loss to Georgia help us land Reichert? He is announcing this Thursday!!

Oregon could have won that game by 100 and it would still be Missouri.

Reichart is a Tiger and looks like we are in very good shape for Burks as well.

This class won’t beat ‘22 but could still be quite strong, and if this is a down year then the Drink has raised the standards quite a bit

Why do you think winning, having good offense and defense, and being competition in most games do matters? That is how a non-blue blood school have to work twice as hard to get respect and have a chance to get top recruits. This year IS a make or break for some top recruits.
