Aubie the GOAT

At least we won something this year...

There’s a National competition in Orlando held at the same time as the cheering and dance championships.

They’re judged mostly on creative skits. Aubie is the GOAT when it comes to that. Community involvement may be considered as well? There’s a lot that goes into it

I think there is a video submitted where it shows a mix of gameday/campus/community activities. There has to be another component or two other than that, but I have no idea what they are; I just remember seeing the Aubie compilation videos on YouTube before.

From those components they choose finalists, and they they do a 2-3 minute skit in Orlando which determines the winner. It's funny to watch videos of those. They remind me of the dog competitions where they walk over the bridge/weave poles/run through tunnels because they have all of these various skit pieces set up and the mascots move from one to the next to the next.
