When are we gonna start getting these "big time" portal guys with all this money that oats apparently has at his disposal?
Some folks don't realize that $$$$ can destroy individuals' attitude, then the entire team, if perceived as unfair.

Chemistry issues are the biggest concern. Especially because it's all done in the dark, rather than through open negotiated contracts. And in basketball, chemistry often beats talent in March. Just look at the success the Ivy conference has had the last couple tournaments.
