Don't worry. Texas has no more chance of getting Calipari than they did of getting Saban. In fact, the chances are probably far, far less than Saban. Their fanbase has a hugely inflated perception of their worth.

I dont think Bama fans are disillusioned with the fact it will be hard for them to hold onto Oats

They need to pull and LSU and get dirt on Oats that tethers him to Bama

That is an understatement. The UTexas boosters think that because they donate, they should have a say in the athletic department. I think it is one of the reasons why UT has only won one NC in football since 1970

I'm probably in the minority of Bama fans on this, but I think Texas was a lot closer to getting Saban than most...
