Bama might make the sweet sixteen this season, but no further. They don't have enough of an inside game and rely too heavily on the 3. They will play a good defensive team and lose.

We might not make it past the Sweet 16 but not having an inside game and shooting 3's won't be the reasons why. Those things would have been issues in 2004, but not 2021.
Not to mention, our 6'10 all-conference level center has been injured for 4 weeks. He'll be back by the time the NCAA Tournament starts.

Or Villanova from burning the entire bracket down en route to the title in 2018. Their PF/C combo of Paschall/Spellman were both 6'9. 48% of their points came off of the 3PT. Their closest NCAAT game was 12 pts.
