They are ranked 28th in offensive efficiency. No team has gone on a run not ranked in the top 12 if both offensive and defensive efficiency.
Bama is good...but the rest of the SEC is a turd full of corn...they are a weekend in March to get shocked by a Morehead State or make it to the Sweet 16 vs Michigan and get schooled in the paint.
ETA: updated KenPom has them 25th in offensive defensive efficiency after scoring 100 in OT.

That isn't true. Hell half the Final Four in 2019 and 3/4 of the Final Four in 2018 was outside the Top 20 in 1 of the categories.

Well, we aren't winning the whole thing. I don't think anybody thinks that.
We definitely have the profile to, if we play well, make a run to the Final Four. And teams with our similar efficiency profile almost never get bounced in the 1st round.

We could get a bad matchup against a 7/8 seed and lose in Round 2, but I'd be shocked if we lost a 1st round game to a 14/15 seed (the fact that I even have to say this is what #ThisIsAlabamaBasketball is all about).
I mean, for one because it doesn't happen much, but also because the recent history of teams with efficiency profiles like ours are pretty consistent in how those teams perform in the tournament.
