He’s transferring to A&M.
Will he see PT?
What’s his story?

He was one I was hoping would come back. Very solid OT 6’5 300ish solid athletic role player. He was a guy that was a JUCO so he’s older 23/24.

Athletic and aggressive. Way more than his share of stupid penalties. Still wanted him back though.

Good aggressive player but on the small side. He really needed some more weight and will prob. get it. Hate that he's out.

He was a good player for us, but I'm shocked he landed at A&M. I don't know what y'alls OT situation is, but just on the face of things I wouldn't have expected him to be a starter at a program like A&M.
As far as what the issue was with our OL, part of it was that Friend isn't a very good coach, but the overwhelming majority of the issue is that the way Jarrett Guarantano was playing last year made everybody on that offense worse. He's not accurate on short or middle routes, and he can't process the field, and he throws late unless its a deep ball. He was never worth the 4 stars he got out of HS, where he played shite in a shite league. So naturally once teams realized that, Tennessee became a really easy team to defend over a full game. Harrison Bailey wasn't even properly ready and when he came in, our offense was instantly better.
