They can't. They'd rather bitch and complain about how hard it is to be a white guy than entertain the possibility that there might be some truth in why millions of black american's feel there is an issue.
And I say this as a 40-something white guy born and raised by working class parents in alabama.

It’s called being a minority in a majority white country but now they are telling black people that all whites are racist and trying to peddle is as fact which in turn is making lots of blacks distrust or flat out hate white people creating more racism and divide.
