Giving opponents more time to prep for the Air Raid usually ends up worse for Leach in bowl games. I think a big part State won is because there wasn't all that extra prep for Tulsa to prepare (also because the State defense got key takeaways and special teams minus one punt balled out).

Mullen beat #5 LSU in 2018 with Feleipe Franks and won the Peach Bowl over #7 Michigan.

Seems to me we have been very successful for years. I’d take our record for the last decade over Florida’s any day. And we haven’t changed coaches every time the wind blows over Hogtown. Richt and Kirby have done very well for us. We have done a lot of winning and we are just getting started. Recruiting matters and until UF can bribe a few top recruits to put up with Danny the Clown’s antics and tolerate his wife’s attentions thats not going to change.
