Actually early on they initiated a lot of the extracurricular. However, State shares some the blame for the post game brawl.
Both are equally pathetic in that regard.
I was specifically talking about the onside kick.
Officials are completely to blame here. They did a pitiful job of controlling the BS throughout the game.
