Except for personal fouls, penalties shouldn't result in automatic first downs. If the penalty yardage nets a first down, then great. But an offense shouldn't be bailed out of a 3rd and 25 by a 15 yard PI penalty.

Agree with the half the distance penalty change two posts up ... makes it fair
On injuries. Must stay out till next first down. Not next possession. If you fake injury on second down , you are out till another first down.
Agree also on targeting. Too harsh. Second one out

3 & 16 +, I'd tell everyone on D to tackle a receiver.
