Which teams do you think could knock LSU, UGA, or Florida out of the NC this year with an upset. I am looking for Ole Miss or Bama to pull a huge upset on one of these teams.

Agreed. They may have one of the best defenses in the SEC.

BAMA will beat somebody that they are not supose to beat and I think it will be Georgia.

Bama is the best pick as a sleeper.
Of course you need perspective too. To the non gump fan, Bama is the pick. For the irrational gumps, Bama is the most likely to disappoint.

People are ignoring Tenn quite a bit. They've got quite a bit of talent returning.

I agree with Tennessee. Flying under the radar this year, and avoid LSU from the west (unlike UGA and UF).

I'll go with Tennessee, but I don't know if you could call them a sleeper, since they are the defending SEC East Champs and actually played in the SEC-CG last December, concepts which many of the Georgia fans still have trouble understanding.

Good point. Tenn always does well when they are over-looked.

Ole Miss and Tennessee will be very dangerous to all the top teams in the SEC.

<<doesn't buy Ole Miss hype unless you're talking Indy bowl

Tennessee is my sleeper. They return Foster and Hardy, their entire OL, and a really good defense. If Crompton comes around, look out SEC East.

Crompton looked good against us in '06, when Ainge got hurt.

I agree with most. I am not sure how SC can be a sleeper though when they are currently a 3 point favorite over LSU.

there will be no sleepers this season. everything will go by the chalk. AU and LSU will battle for the west, bama and state will fight it out for third with 7-5 or 8-4 records, and arkansas and ole miss will bring up the rear. in the east uf and uga will battle it out, with tennessee and USCe having similar records to UAT/MSU. UK will rejoin Vandy at the bottom.
