Carolina BBQ is low-effort

It’s good eating, but any drunk monkey can smoke pork and make it palatable.

Brisket is an art form. It takes patience, attention to detail, and the discipline to rely on the most simple ingredients.

South Carolina doesn’t succeed because they just don’t have the fortitude of Texans.

Brisket is fine. It just isn't BBQ. Weird how you people call it something that it isn't, but you are one weird bunch. Calling brisket BBQ is like calling iced tea a milkshake.

Gotta do something. This place is dead. No games until around midnight and lots of people over in the Election Circle Jerk Board.

I might have start in on LSU just to get a spark. It’s several weeks too early, and I’d feel bad picking on a cripple, but they do rise to the bait pretty reliably.
